Came across these guys on eBay and im wondering if anyone has experience with them. Im not looking to make my bike gain a ton of horse power (although I wouldnt mind), but im looking more into making it smoother and not running rich or lean.

I have a stock 08 GSXR 600 motor with a 2006 headers which eliminate the CAT along with an Akra shorty slip on. I also dont have the O2 sensor which is what concerns me with the mixture. Other mods as far as power is the air filter.

I wouldn't. Either buy the Yoshimura ECU, or leave it stock & hook it up to a power commander or bazazz.

I sent my ECU out to them to do a reflash.  I had them do there usual stuff (ignition advance, remove TRE, etc).  I had them lower the fan temperature to 200 down from 220.  Left the rev limiter as is.  No useful purpose in raising the limiter on stock motor internals unless you'd like to blow it up prematurely.  Also had them leave the fuel map alone as I had the bike custom mapped with the Bazzaz ZFI-TC that's on it.

Having said that, I installed the reflashed ECU, a full Yoshimura system, Factory Pro v-stacks and had it custom mapped all at the same time.  Does the bike feel better than before?  Of course, but I can't tell you how much effect just that one piece had.  Needless to say it turned a nice smooth curve and 106hp on a Factory Pro dyno, which is pretty healthy for a 600.
